IT'S A CELEBRATION
01.
Indonesian Visa
Kindly note that a visa (VOA) is required for entry into Indonesia. While it's possible to obtain a visa on arrival at the airport, we recommend applying for it online in advance for a smoother experience. The cost is approximately USD 35 for a 30-day visa. You can apply for the visa online through the official website. This will ensure that you have all the necessary documents for a hassle-free arrival.
02.
Sim Card
When you arrive at the airport, you can easily get a SIM card to stay connected. As soon as you exit immigration, you'll find stands selling SIM cards. We recommend getting a Telkomsel SIM card (look for the red color). The staff at the stands can help you with the registration process.
03.
Airport Transfers
Local taxis and ride-hailing services like Grab and Gojek are readily available at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) in Denpasar. If you prefer, our trusted friend Putu is also available to pick you up. Feel free to reach out for Putu's contact details.
04.
Weather
During the day, expect temperatures around 29-31°C (84-88°F). From late afternoon, it gets breezy and a bit chilly, with temperatures dropping to 24-26°C (75-79°F). Light, breathable clothing is ideal, and a light jacket might come in handy for the evenings.
05.
Local Transportations
Taxis, ride-hailing apps (Grab/Gojek), and renting a car/scooter are the main ways to get around the island. If you're interested in renting a scooter, feel free to reach out to us for assistance. However, please ensure that you're comfortable riding as Bali's roads can be congested and challenging, especially with narrow streets and alleys.
